Position will be 30-40 hours per week between the hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. This position is based out of Fargo, ND. Under the supervision of the Controller, the Receptionist/Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting all business conducted in the Fargo office. Duties may include: Answering phones; greeting customers; shipping and receiving; and other general office duties as assigned. Other duties include reviewing weekly time sheets for accuracy; input time from time sheets into the computer; maintain employee Paid Time Off records; record payment on jobs; commission reports; and provide assistance to accounting staff.
