growth. This includes communicating regularly by phone and
email and facilitating quarterly Board meetings. Work in
partnership with the Founder/Creative Director to realize
the vision and carry out the mission of Rita Project.
Overseeing public relations, external marketing, publicity
efforts, and all chapter communications (e-blasts,
newsletters, etc.) in tandem with Founder/Creative Director.
Managing staff, consultants, interns, and volunteers to best
use their time, talents and skills. Creating and
implementing new initiatives for Rita Project√s
programs. Creating long-term solution systems to build a
national organization that operates as efficiently as
