advanced degree preferred. At least 5-10 ... thorough
knowledge of federal financial and accounting policies and
systems requirements. Should have experience with activity
based costing, business case analysis, outsourcing
requirements, and knowledge of the allocation, execution,
and administration of approved budgets. Strong knowledge of
DoD Acquisition process. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Must be able to handle confidential
financial and/or program sensitive information. We desire a
