Support Administrator (Ontario, Ca) The SALES SUPPORT
ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for providing administraive and
clerical support for the Sales Staff. Duties: Perform DSL
and Wireless pre-qualifications. Obtain hardware and Telco
quotations. Enter contact information in proposals and
agreements. Fax and Mail proposals and agreements. Prepare
presentation packages using existing collateral material.
Copy and distribute orders as they arrive. Enter orders into
Order system and create the customer record in customer
database. Perform mass mailings. Do other miscellaneous
sales support functions such as process cancellations and
complete various check lists. Peform a variety of
Provisioning provisioning functions to fill orders.
Requirements: Very detailed oriented. Ability to follow
through on a variety of tasks. Multi-task. Skilled in the
use of Personal Computers Good telephone manner. Knowledge
of Internet Services. Understanding of the fundamentals of
