university in civil engineering, Delaware Professional
Engineer license or registration in neighboring state with

months. Minimum ten to fifteen years of demonstrably
relevant, progressively responsible experience in
subdivision / land development engineering. Ten years
experience as a professional engineer with at least five
years as a professional engineer in a position of project
manager, associate, or higher. Expert in all aspects of
subdivision design and related design analysis and
computations, expertise with HydroCADD (TR-55, TR-20,
rational method) required. Expertise in traffic analysis at
the project level and road/entrance design required.
Expertise with grading, drainage, and all aspects of
