Animal Shelter Manager must have strong interpersonal and
communication skills and maintain positive working
relationships with elected and appointed officials,
citizens/volunteers, independent rescue organizations and
residents from all three municipalities. The Director should
have strong leadership and supervisory skills and committed
to delivering exceptional customer service. The Animal
Shelter Manager must be compassionate and enjoy working with
animals. The ideal candidate should have business savvy
including creativity and skills in fundraising, marketing
& public relations and public education. Salary range is
