increments of focus. Each period the trainee will shadow a
different member of the management team providing exposure

scheduling, and basic principles of management. The store
manager will conduct weekly performance assessments.
Ideally, progression from this position to store manager
should be within 8-10 months. After a successful period of
store management various career opportunities include and
are not limited to, district management, college recruiting,
