operation of Wuerfel Park, including but not limited to
inventory, stocking, sales reports, vendor relations, as
well as managing a work force of 75-100+ game day staff
members. Qualifications: Applicants should be in the
culinary program or related area of study. Successful
applicants should have a genuine interest in the business of
venue concessions, be highly motivated, hard-working, have
computer skills and the ability to think quickly when
dealing with the public in stressful situations. Candidates
must be prepared to work 80+ hours per week. This is a paid
