create a personalized and memorable experience from
pre-entry through exit. Ambassadors work both independently
and as part of a team to welcome, orient, educate and
connect with individual guests and groups of guests,
including school groups, throughout their visit. Ambassadors
may assist GE Programs staff on microphone, and will work
with Security staff and Information Desk staff to assist
visitors with special needs. Provide the highest degree of
customer service to all aquarium guests. Provide information
to enhance guests’ aquarium experiences (e.g. wayfinding;
aquarium mission, exhibits, animals, and programs; marine
biology, ecology and conservation issues; membership
