I Trauma Centers in New England. The imaging services of the
Emergency Radiology department are unequalled anywhere.
Approximately 80,000 exams are done annually in all
Emergency Radiology modalities. Emergency Radiology also
provides imaging services to inpatients on nights and
weekends, when other radiology services are not available.
Technical Staff On average, a combination of approximately
60 full and part-time Emergency Radiology Technologists and
Sonographers support the daily round the clock imaging
services of Diagnostic, CT, MRI and Ultrasound. We offer an
in-house cross-training program and have a full-time
preceptor to work with those technologists in training.
Radiographers must be ARRT certified and Massachusetts State
licensed. Sonographers must be ARDMS certified or ARDMS
