will develop and proof copy for all of The Option Institute
and The Autism Treatment Center of America’s
promotion, PR, advertising, and media needs. Writes,
proofreads, and edits copy brochures, press releases,
catalogues, flyers, WWEEBB copy, E-mail blasts and/or print
documents. Assist in estimating production costs, and
preparation of the marketing promotions. Copy goals include:
attracting and converting prospects and retaining customers
through multi-channel direct marketing vehicles. Key
Accountabilities : • Conceptualize with AARRTT
Director and Marketing Director on projects • Develop,
write copy for PR, Direct Mail and Special Projects •
Ensure copy meets all legal and style guide compliance
standards • Maintain proper administrative control to
ensure all deadlines are met. • Participate in weekly
staff meetings and presentations as requested. •
Assist the Marketing Department with special projects as
needed. • Study message objectives; clarify
