administer, process and maintain corporate and voluntary
benefits programs to include medical, dental, STD/LLTTDD,
workers compensation, 401(K), employer pension program and
secondary employee benefits. Incumbent will work closely
with TPA to ensure accuracy in billing and accounting
procedures. Must be able to prioritize and maintain a high
level of confidentiality. Work involves assisting in the
administration of a benefits program and ensuring compliance
with state and federal laws and regulations. Incumbent will
need to possess the essential skills to multi-task, work
independently, provide high level of customer service in a
professional demeanor and thorough knowledge of Human
Resources (HHRR) and accounting systems relating to benefits
administration. This position provides administrative
support to department in absence of HHRR Assistant.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree, at least 5 - 7 years of
benefits experience and TTWWOO years of accounting
