of the department. The position requires a high degree of
responsibility, computer skills and initiative. This is a
non-exempt, non-supervisory position. Examples of Duties
Assists the director and staff with administrative issues
related to purchase orders, invoices, travel and training,
supply requisitions, shipping and mailing, computer
generated reports and their dissemination. Reports grant
information to the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development on the IDIS system. Enter research data and
compile results for management review from the Homeless
Survey and HMIS system. Coordinate records management,
archival and retrieval of various records. Develop and run
