will determine size and arrangement of copy, images,
illustrations and other elements based on knowledge of
layout principles and design concepts, and will utilize
software to produce production-ready artwork. The
successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience
(preferably 5) in the creative and production aspects of
developing marketing and sales materials, including branding
and corporate identity concepts. The ideal candidate
will be proficient in Mac-based design programs, including
InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe
Illustration. Experience with B-Media and
knowledge of educational publishing market are a plus.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to
detail, being open to constructive criticism, and the
ability to manage a variety of creative projects are also
