Individual Giving Manager, this position manages all aspects
of the Garden's annual giving programs, encompassing donors
and members from the Agave Century Club to the Saguaro
Circle. Primary responsibilities include providing support
for the Annual Fund, Patron's Circle, and Tribute and
Memorial Program, as well as assisting with the 'Tending the
Garden' Campaign and annual Dinner on the Desert gala.
Duties include developing strategies and goals, creating
timetables, preparing proposals and budgets, overseeing data
entry and acknowledge- ments, and providing administrative
and event support. Requirements include a college degree and
2 years of experience with a nonprofit organization (or
