Eurasia Foundation (FNE) a Russian foundation based in
Moscow, Russia is seeking applicants for a Senior Advisor to
the President position. The Senior Advisor reports to the
President of FNE and is responsible for board management,
fundraising, communications, and managing the day-to-day
operations of the President’s Office. Education to the level
of master's degree or equivalent, preferably in public
policy, economics, or business management. Russian language
skills required. Minimum seven years professional experience
in the areas of program development (including proposal
writing and fundraising events organizing), external
communications, and board management; Domestic and
