Range: Admin Description: Is responsible for the overall
performance, planning, and day-to-day operations of each
assigned ambulatory care site and support staff grouping for
multiple health care services. This person is responsible
and accountable for patient flow processes, financial
performance, staffing, space utilization, and coordiantion
of resources within and across sites. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health or
other related field required. Health care management
experience within a medical group practice, preferably in an
academic setting with multiple sites. Expert knowledge of
physican practice operations, budget and personnel
management. Working knowledge of health care financial
environment, professional revenue cycle, practice support
systems and related business operations. Department:
