is a nonprofit organization affiliated with Harvard
University and governed by an independent, inter-American
board of trustees. LASPAU designs, develops, and implements
academic and professional exchange programs on behalf of
individuals and institutions in the United States, Canada,
Latin America, and the Caribbean. While most of these
efforts are devoted to graduate-level exchanges,
undergraduate and professional non-degree programs also form
part of LASPAU's scope of activities. The organization is
