Monitor supplier performance and recommend necessary steps
for improvement. Audit suppliers with 8D and/or 5P
problems. Job Requirements: Candidate must be able to
perform dimensional and visual inspection of sheet metal,
stamped parts, Surftest, Hardness tester (Rockwell and Micro
Vickers), Contracer, and Optical Comparitor. Qualified
candidate must be able to use a variety of calibrated gauges
and tools, including but not limited to: calipers,
micrometers, pin gage, thread plug gage, height stand, and
fixture gage to determine conformance and acceptability of
parts. Must complete forms and record data as required.
