policies, you will analyze and resolve pended claims
generated from our (Rubi) reporting system. You will
research member files, determine appropriate provider
reimbursement, review refunds and apply adjustments, refer
claims to Senior Claims Analysts, and document/track claim
inquiries using Customer Focus. Position also involves
written/telephone contact with providers (e.g. doctors,
medical office managers, hospital billing personnel and
health officials). To join us, you must be a High School
graduate and possess at least OONNEE year of medical claims
billing/processing experience. The ability to work
independently, communicate professionally and calculate
payments is required, along with 30wpm data entry and basic
computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9,
