will be responsible for the companys credit and collateral
risk management policies and the assessment, monitoring and
analysis of the credit status of trading and contracting
counterparties. The manager will be responsible for
overseeing all credit and collateral requirements associated
with SCEs procurement activities in the wholesale GGAASS and
power markets. The credit manager will be expected to meet
with counterparties and financial institutions to represent
