Supervisor : Located at our ICF/MR Residential Center, this
full-time 3rd shift position will provide supervision,
scheduling and support to staff. Previous experience in
MR/DD setting and supervision required. Schedule will
include some weekends and holidays. Training Coordinator :
Full-time position reporting directly to the Vice President
of the ICF/MR to plan, develop, and coordinate educational
and on-the-job training using a variety of instructional
materials, and to attend, participate in , and evaluate
workshops/seminars to keep abreast of current changes and
teaching techniques. Position is also required to serve on
various committees, attend meetings as directed, orientate
new staff, and attend outside training for professional
growth. Qualified candidates will possess excellent
communication skills including public speaking and written,
previous teaching or training experience, and experience
working with disabled individuals. Bachelor's degree
