and external personnel as required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, debug, and test statistical functions used
in Visual Numerics’ software products. Contribute to product
goals documentation regarding planning and scheduling
responsible activities for product releases. Review current
product statistical capabilities and make recommendations to
enhance product offerings. Maintain and test existing
products. Write and review documentation as required.
Occasionally perform in the consulting or technical product
support role. Research and stay abreast of statistical
developments in specific industry environments (i.e.
financial, pharmaceutical, etc.). EDUCATION & TRAINING A
graduate level degree (MSMSMS or Ph.D.) in Statistics is
