Management position is accountable for group business
objectives for volume of work, staffing, performance of
projects, management and development of group resources,
support of new business, market penetration, client
relations, technical development of staff and overall
business planning and execution. This position's focus is on
the engineering planning, design and construction of major
civil infrastructure projects for public/municipal
facilities through clients that are public agencies or
privately owned. Specific areas include wet civil (water,
wastewater) and major transportation projects. Position will
supervise 3 to 5 departments and 25 to 50 total employees.
Services in this group initially to include water/wastewater
design engineering, municipal graphics production,
engineering support during construction, and general
municipal engineering services; with possible expansion into
transportation and other major infrastructure projects.
