Engineering) (08146 ) Position will analyze current or
forecast traffic volume data from field observations,
previous reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and
aerial photographs to plan/design traffic signals, traffic
operations, roadway lighting, traffic control devices,
pavement marking & signing, intelligent transportation
system (ITS) projects; prepare/modify reports,
specifications, plans, construction schedules, traffic
impact studies, permits & designs for the traffic
engineering elements of transportation projects; responsible
for transportation modeling (TransCAD preferred), capacity
analysis, identification of preliminary roadway needs &
development of general plan elements; uses traffic
engineering software including Synchro, HCS+, Traffix,
Passer-III; lighting design software Visual and computer
assisted engineering and design software including AutoCAD &
Microstation to prepare studies & engineering design
documents. Applicant should have task management skills and
be able to represent Stanley Consultants to clients,
