Researches, designs, develops and presents training programs
and materials that support the training and development
needs of the General Manager and department heads.
Supervises and trains facilitators in Human Resources and
other departments. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in related field. 5 years experience in the planning,
design, implementation and facilitation of training and
educational programs. Knowledge of general business systems
and methods. Basic knowledge of casino, operations and
department preferred. Knowledge of applicable LAWLAW,
regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is
required. Proficient in computers, including Microsoft
Office applications. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with
demonstrated patience, tact, and respect. Exceptional detail
and follow-up skills. Able to effectively establish
priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of basic leadership
and management skills and techniques. Multi-task oriented.
