the following qualifications: • 4-5 years of relevant
semiconductor industry experience • Willing to work in a
fast pace environment. • Strong engineering statistics
background (SPC, DOE, etc.). • Experience in surface
analysis, thin film characterization, and general metrology
• Previous experience with wafer bump processes, chemicals,
suppliers desired • Strong application and technical driver
who can clearly communicate goals and requirements and drive
program execution at customers • Proven ability to work with
small teams in a multi-tasking environment • Ability to
