RECORDS/Registrar’s Office : Reporting to the Vice
President of Enrollment Management and External Relations,
the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance and
integrity of academic records, overseeing registration and
course enrollment, curriculum information and degree
requirements, course and classroom scheduling, degree audit,
transfer credit policies and processing, certification of
graduates, and transcripts. Bachelor’s degree and a
minimum of three years of registrar office managerial
experience required, as well as exceptional communication
and interpersonal skills in working with undergraduates,
faculty, staff, alumni and constituents outside the college;
excellent organizational and administrative abilities,
including demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
