front-line support services to staff who manage departmental
WWEEBB sites and faculty who maintain course sites. Support
Dreamweaver, Contribute, Course info, WWEEBB CT, Google,
Flash, Fireworks, Real Server, and general WWEEBB
publishing. Identify support areas ready for automation and
work with developers to define, build, test and launch such
applications. Track and analyze support statistics. Assist
or teach training classes. Update and expand support
materials, training materials, and internal procedures.
Requires: B.A./B.S. or equivalent and background in customer
support, strong commitment to customer service, ability to
interact and communicate with technical and non-technical
