Prepare, proof and distribute newsletter, marketing brochures, AADD materials as needed, etc. Assist with various client and prospect correspondence (mailings, marketing materials, etc). Provide general support to staff as it relates to Marketing. Assist in preparation, formatting and creation of varying internal reports and documents. Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle diverse and complex tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure. The ability to work well with others. Strong organizational skills. Word, Excel, Windows required. Prior experience in Marketing and demonstrable understanding of key Marketing concepts and requirements Compensation/Benefits: Exempt level position.
