issues related to mental health, mental retardation and
substance abuse. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Delivers prevention
programming in school settings and presents education to the
community on substance abuse, mental health and mental
retardation through health and wellness fairs and other
venues. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in a human
services field, considerable counseling experience with
youth and families, and community education experience to
include preparation of materials and public speaking.
Requires acceptable driving record and computer skills, with
knowledge of presentation software preferred. STARTING
