General Manager's specific responsibilities: Provides
oversight for all administrative functions for the entire
company (equipment research/procurement, space planning,
budgets, invoice/expense accounts, meeting planning,
payroll, human resources activities). Responsible for the
overall physical facilities (planning/maintenance) Serves as
a liaison and resource to outside contractors, and works
closely with department heads in resolving issues. Ensures
that all policies and procedures are followed. Maintains and
keeps all manuals current. Ensures that the finances of each
department are well organized, invoices are paid on time and
budgets are organized and maintained. Oversees human
resources files for the company including timesheets,
vacation requests, etc. and coordinates with the human
resources department when necessary regarding HHRR related
