$88,000 per year Job Duties: The position is a full-time
criminal prosecutor for felonies related to organized crime,
complex crimes, fraud, white collar crimes and all levels of
TTAAXX crime. The attorney will work directly with many
investigative agencies to review potential cases, assess
criminal liability, utilize the statewide grand jury and
initiate criminal charges when appropriate. Once initiated,
the position is responsible for all aspects of prosecution
including court appearances, motions practice, plea
