maintaining supervisory functions-help recruit/interview new
staff, completes employee evaluations as needed, deals with
staff correction as needed, schedules staff according to
need, provides inservice programs for surgery staff as
needed, etc. Coordinates departmental CQI, attending
required meetings and serving on committees as assigned;
maintaining a good working relationship with all staff and
physicians of the District; and other duties as assigned and
adheres to all federal, state and District Compliance
