is looking for a motivated event planner to join its public
relations team. We are looking for a detail-oriented
candidate with excellent organization and project management
skills to help plan and implement Blizzard’s participation
in European and international trade shows, exhibitions, and
special events, such as community Lan parties and e-sports
tournaments. Communication skills and a passion for Blizzard
games are a must. Position based in Velizy, France
(southwest of Paris) Reports to: Communication and Community
Director Brands: Blizzard Games Summary of Responsibilities
Evaluates and recommends participation in trade shows,
exhibitions, and special events. Performs duties related to
trade show and event management, including vendor management
(exhibit houses, service contractors, and shipping
logistics.) Manages trade show budgets and produce monthly
reports. Manages booth properties including: design, set up
/ tear down logistics, transportation, and storage.
Supervises exhibitor staff (trade show training, booth
responsibilities, and schedules). Determines needs for
