awareness of changes and revisions to schedules. Reviews and
assesses the Project-provided task progress against the
baseline schedule. Performs schedule analysis to determine
overall project performance, variances and "work arounds".
Analyzes project schedules and identifies, coordinates, and
evaluates project schedule risks. Assesses project logic
networks and estimates, validates and analyzes project
activity sequencing, duration and resource requirements.
Identifies, implements and helps maintain the document
schedule and programmatic interdependencies among project
activities and related external projects. Interfaces with
the Financial Manager to allow correlation of project
schedules and Earned Value data, including project
resources. Generates Risk+ analyses and various schedule
performance metrics, as required. Provides what-if
scenarios, suggested work around and recovery plans,
critical path analysis, and vertical and horizontal
traceability. Prepares presentation charts and reports and
participates in regular meetings and major reviews as
