debt management and risk management, and experience in the
development and successful implementation of annual budgets,
capital improvement financing and economic development
proposals. Should also possess strong administrative skills,
be able to present financial information to the public in an

skills and have the ability to build and maintain effective
working relationships with county staff, elected officials
and members of the public. Reqs any combination of education
and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited
college or university with concentrations in finance,
business or public administration/management with 5 yrs.
experience in government finance and 3 yrs. supervisory
