large volume seafood buyers to transform the seafood market
so that commercial incentives favor sustainable fisheries
and fish farming. Advocate for policies to conserve and
restore key threatened marine wildlife and ecosystems of the
California coast and the Pacific Ocean, especially the
southern sea otter and pelagic species such as sharks,
tunas, and sea turtles. The CFFO Deputy Director reports to
the Vice President/Director and is primarily responsible for
the day-to-day operations of the division. The incumbent
leads the aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative and the
TTWWOO managers and their staffs who focus primarily on this
line of work. The Deputy Director also provides both
strategic and operational guidance to staff who focus on the
CFFO’s other lines of work and ensures that the efforts of
