Prepares travel arrangements for the Presidents and the
Executive Assistant to the President, including filght
arrangements, hotel accommodations, conference
registrations, any reservations or meeting preparations that
may arise, and trave itineraries • Prepares agenda and
copies all materials for administrative meetings •
Schedules meetings for the President, creates invitations,
and prepares agendas • Helps the Executive Assistant to
the President prepare the President’s budget •
Tracks inventory of materials needed for speaking
arrangements • Takes and transcribes minutes for Board
of Trustee meetings, prepares meeting materials, and
delivers packets • Coordinates purchasing for
President’s suite • Performs additional related
