Primary responsibilities are TTWWOO-fold: Recruitment and
Employee Relations. All recruitment activities include
preparing and participating in the interview process to
ensure sufficient staffing and fair hiring/promotional
procedures to meet company timelines and objectives. This
will require representing ABX at career fairs, local
agencies and other recruiting events as required to build a
potential candidate pool and to increase community awareness
of job opportunities and improve community relationships.
You will also develop and present various company-sponsored
training programs and orientations. Employee relations
functions include conducting investigations, audits, claims,
charges and lawsuits as company representative. You will
also partner with all levels of management and staff to
encourage open and honest communication by coaching and
facilitating conflict resolution. Requirements include the
