Manages labor relations function for assigned business line(s) by establishing collaborative relationships with union, investigating and responding to grievances in a timely manner. Works with the HHRR management team to design internal HHRR processes, policies and procedures. Reviews established processes, policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Participates as part of the HHRR team to achieve DNCP&R and HHRR department projects and objectives. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of seven years experience in human resources, including three years of supervisory experience. A minimum of five years of experience in labor relations, including grievance handling, arbitrations and labor contract negotiations is also required.
