highly motivated team players, energetic with a passion for
children and the sport, and able to establish a strong
connection with the children through goal setting and
positive reinforcement motivational methods. Potential
coaches also must possess a strong knowledge of proper
stroke techniques, an ability to teach those techniques
using creative methods, able to communicate with athletes
and other staff members. Minimum requirements: must have
current USA Swimming coaching Credentials (CPR, First Aid,
Coach's Safety), 2+ years coaching experience, ASCA level 2
or 3 preferred. Hours will include morning and evening
practices as applicable. Pay is hourly, commensurate with
