Online instructors, assisting with proper student
placements, NCSSM Online policy as it relates to student
status in courses, and instructional support. Further

primary contact between NCSSM Online, parents, and local
school personnel. Provides direct consultation and guidance
to students, parents, and local school personnel on matters
relating to courses, procedures, learning strategies, and
college selection. Provides advice and consultation to
teachers of students with special needs. Provides
information on graduation requirements to administration,
faculty, and local school personnel. Coordinates activities
on career and college exploration for students. Assists in
training support staff. Works with NCSSM Online faculty and
staff for meeting its student performance goals.
Participates in NCSSM Online presentations to various
community contacts and/or educational groups each year.
