communication skills, including ability to read and
interpret legal documents, edit and compose report text and
correspondence, and present company information
articulately; excellent people skills, especially in dealing
with landowners and local officials; strong negotiation
skills; easement./right of way negotiation/acquisition
experience a plus; Colorado driver’s license and proof of
insurance. Requires Associates or Bachelors Degree,
International Right-of-Way Negotiation/Acquisition
