... Manager, candidate will be responsible for safety and security of personnel, buildings and grounds. Assist in fire drill training classes. Assist with construction projects. Supervise/oversee night cleaning crews and conduct daily inspections; clean up any areas not in good order. Responsible for conference room setups including furniture and electrical arrangements. Responsible for policing the grounds and working with the landscaping contractor to ensure tidy and secure grounds. Change light bulbs and ballasts as needed. Assist with green building efforts. Other tasks as assigned, including possible work at other HSUS locations. Required: 2+yrs in property management or construction environment, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cabling and general facility maintenance needs; ability to work with contractors, staff and tenants to make facility-related changes and improvements.
