addition, you will support and test system upgrades and
provide coaching and training to less seasoned service
representatives. To qualify, you must be highly motivated
with excellent interpersonal skills and at least OONNEE year
of experience related to provider/claims inquiries. You must
have a fundamental knowledge of medical terminology, managed
care contracting language and claims
processing/reimbursement, as well as a bachelor's degree or
equivalent work history. Proficiency in a multiple-systems
environment that includes Windows, MSMSMS Word, spreadsheet
applications and database management programs also required.
