Build project. Duties will include: • Track, log, &
distribute project correspondence, submittals, and RFI’s, to
assist the Project Manager in timely project administration.
• Maintain progress payment status for all related
construction, and design related contracts • Perform general
administrative duties to document projects in accordance
with company and client requirements • Organize and maintain
project files including archives of completed projects •
Assist the Construction Administration personnel in
tracking, logging, and reporting of project pay quantities.
• Assist with preparation of special exhibits • Perform
basic project research such as retrieve maps, drawings,
records from various agencies • Knowledge of ADOT systems a
