The process is a 7 day a week 24 hours a day production averaging 1 million bagels produced each day for various customers and a wide variety of flavors. The management team provides leadership in 12 hour schedules working on average 14 days each month. The open position reports to the production manager supporting schedules, providing training, reporting detractors, assuring compliance with policies. Knowledge of supervisory LAWLAW, quality control, and good communication skills including bi-lingual in Spanish and English is required. Experience in manufacturing for a food process industry as a in lead or in a supervisory role is an advantage. The position is on evening shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 dependent on experience. Position has benefit package.
