Quality Improvement Coordinator Ukiah/Mendocino County
Posted 3/9/06 Responsible for providing leadership and
direction in developing, implementing, evaluating, and
sustaining quality management, disease management, and
public health models in support of member clinics.
Collaborate with clinic representatives to design and
develop QI outcomes and QQAA activities. Implement
population health and health disparities strategic projects.
Knowledge of Health Disparities Collaboratives, NCQA, and
rural health clinics. Requires minimum of five years
experience working in health field and five years of QI
experience. Excellent skills in collaboration, problem
solving, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
Masters in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or
related field. Licensed RN preferred. Must be willing and
able to travel to and attend meetings, conferences, and
attend scheduled visits at program sites within Mendocino
County. Time Base: Full-time Salary range $44,000 - $56,000
