POSITIONS Utah Salt Lake City Office Construction Observer (07041) JOB SUMMARY: Performs on-site daily observation of the contractor�s construction work and compares the work product to the project�s approved plans and specifications. Physically performs field-required tests, prepare reports and assists with the shop drawing review process.
